Hi, I’m Daija, the owner and solo stylist at Curls & Swirls Studio. Hair has always been my passion, and getting to pour that love into the curly community truly means the world to me. For the past 5½ years, I’ve been dedicated to helping people feel beautiful and confident in their natural texture. Curls & Swirls Studio was created to empower individuals through hair and to welcome all textures especially curly, coily, and wavy patterns. I’m committed to providing customized, healthy-hair focused services that leave your curls thriving. From curly cuts and color to treatments and protective styles, my goal is for every client to leave my chair feeling seen, understood, and confident in their crown.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Curls & Swirls Studio, I value your time and strive to provide you with the best service! To ensure fair scheduling and accommodation of other clients, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: Grace Period: You have a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within this window, I will do my best to provide your full service, but adjustments may be necessary based on the remaining time. Late Arrivals Beyond 15 Minutes: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to prevent delays for other clients. Cancellations: Please provide at least a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or to reschedule. This allows more to offer that slot to another client. Late Cancellations: Failure to provide this notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service, which will be charged to the card on file. No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, I reserve the right to charge full amount of scheduled service to rebook. I do understand emergencies happen.
