CANCELLATION POLICY

At Curls & Swirls Studio, I value your time and strive to provide you with the best service! To ensure fair scheduling and accommodation of other clients, I kindly ask that you adhere to the following cancellation policy: Grace Period: You have a 15-minute grace period for your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive within this window, I will do my best to provide your full service, but adjustments may be necessary based on the remaining time. Late Arrivals Beyond 15 Minutes: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to prevent delays for other clients. Cancellations: Please provide at least a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or to reschedule. This allows more to offer that slot to another client. Late Cancellations: Failure to provide this notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service, which will be charged to the card on file. No-Show: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, I reserve the right to charge full amount of scheduled service to rebook. I do understand emergencies happen.
